Return & Exchange Policy

Replacement Policy
We only provide a replacement in the rare event of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong size was sent. To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

Record an Unpacking Video: You must provide a clear, unedited video of the package being opened for the first time. This is mandatory to validate any claims.

Contact Us Within 24 Hours: Email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details, the unpacking video, and clear photos of the issue.
Note: If an unpacking video is not provided, or the request is made after the 24-hour window, we will be unable to process a replacement.
Customized Orders
All customized orders are made specifically to your requirements and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements under any circumstances.
